Thank you for shopping at LedEquipped! We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, and to facilitate a smooth returns process, we have the following policy in place:

  1. Returns Eligibility: All returns for either a refund or store credit may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  2. Notification and Timeframe: Please notify LedEquipped Lights of any return requests for refund or exchange within seven days of receiving the merchandise. Returns for a refund must be postmarked as shipped no later than the seventh day after delivery for a refund. If the return is shipped after the seventh day, it will only be eligible for store credit. All return merchandise must be authorized by a LedEquipped representative, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.

  3. Condition and Packaging: Items being returned for a refund must be in their original condition, or they may be subject to a restocking fee and/or a service fee for any defects caused by the customer. If items are returned outside of their original condition or packaging, they will only be eligible for store credit, minus any applicable fees. Return shipments must be securely packaged in the original packaging with sufficient wrapping to prevent damage to the product during transit. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee, voiding of warranty, and/or additional charges for damage repair.

  4. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs of all returned merchandise to LedEquipped are to be borne by the customer, including return shipping for exchanges. Rejected packages will be refunded minus all shipping costs. If an Ledequipped Discounted/Free Shipping Coupon was used for the purchase in a returned order, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount of that product/order. We highly recommend that customers insure all return merchandise to safeguard against potential damages and fees.

  5. Refund Process: Refunds for products within the seven-day return policy will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges, priority processing fees, customization costs, or replacement parts. Refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days from the date of receipt of your return. The refund will appear back on your card within 3 – 4 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  6. Extended Returns Policy: For returns requesting store credit or exchange, notification must be made within sixty days of receiving the merchandise. All returns exceeding the seven-day return policy will be subject to store credit only, upon approval from a supervisor and issuance of an RMA number.

Please be aware that this return/exchange policy and LedEquipped warranty conditions cannot be altered by any dealer, distributor, employee, or individual of the company.
