Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped out with United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is a quick and cost effective way to go when ordering. All shipping costs could be checked through the Estimate Shipping and Tax section before proceeding to checkout. All you need to do is put in the country, state or province, and zip code in the sections provided, in order to get an estimated cost for shipping. Please Note: Free shipping promotions are only offered to domestic shoppers only. Please see our Shipping, Ordering, & Payment Options page for full details about our shipping options. Please note all tracking numbers should be given 48 busniess hours to start seeing movement.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. LED Equipped is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

In order to provide superior customer service Led Equipped will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow return the product to us. We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse.

All returns must be packaged securely and insured, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.

All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
