2. Orders and Payment

3. Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur, and product colors or appearance may vary by screen.

We may correct errors, update products, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a pricing, website, or technical error.

4. Promotions

Coupons and promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may cancel or correct transactions involving unauthorized discounts, multiple coupon codes, pricing errors, or website malfunctions. Any additional amount will be collected only with the customer’s authorization.

5. Shipping, Taxes, and International Orders

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. LED Equipped is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. Tracking information may take up to 48 business hours to display movement.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, customs charges, import duties, brokerage fees, and compliance with their country’s import requirements. Free-shipping promotions apply only within the United States unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our [Return Policy]. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and instructions.

Custom products, special orders, clearance items, final-sale products, and installed or modified equipment are not returnable unless defective and covered by the applicable warranty.

7. Limited Warranty

Eligible LED Equipped products are covered by our limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are described in our [Warranty Policy].

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, excessive voltage, inadequate wiring or circuit protection, unauthorized modification or repair, abuse, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, incompatible chemicals, or shipping damage.

LED Equipped may repair a covered product, replace defective components, or substitute a comparable product if the original product is unavailable. Customers are responsible for removal, reinstallation, and shipping expenses except where otherwise stated in the Warranty Policy or required by law.

8. Installation and Lawful Use

Emergency warning equipment must be properly installed, wired, fused, and maintained. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional and must follow product instructions.

The purchaser and user are solely responsible for determining whether the possession, color, installation, and use of warning equipment are legal in their jurisdiction. Customers must comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

We recommend permanently mounting all warning lights used on a moving vehicle. Magnet-mounted equipment should not be used at speeds above 50 mph or in high winds, rough terrain, or other conditions that may affect mounting security.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The LED Equipped website, including its text, images, graphics, videos, trademarks, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to LED Equipped and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links or tools provided by third parties. LED Equipped is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or transactions.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made directly from LED Equipped. Shopify is not responsible for our products, orders, warranties, returns, or customer transactions.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except for any express limited warranty provided by LED Equipped, the website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LED Equipped will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the website or our products. This includes loss of use, vehicle downtime, substitute transportation, lost revenue, lost profits, labor, removal, reinstallation, travel, lodging, or special-access expenses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
